Cut out, patched, taped and sanded flush with the surrounding wall.

Damaged board removed once the leak is dealt with, then made good.

Skim coating

Uneven or over-patched walls skimmed back to a flat finish.

Interior painting

Single rooms, ceilings and touch-ups, colour-matched where you have no paint left.

Caulking

Baths, sinks, worktops, trim and window frames stripped back and resealed.

Wallpaper removal

Stripped, walls washed down and prepared for paint.

Timber work at repair and replacement scale, mitred, fixed and filled ready for paint.

Baseboard, crown, and casing

Runs replaced or refitted, joints cut and caulked.

Rot repair

Soft timber cut back to sound wood and spliced or replaced.

Deck board and railing repair

Rotten boards swapped, loose fixings driven, handrails made solid.

Doors, Locks & Screens

Everything that opens and closes, hung square and left working smoothly.

Door install and rehang

Slab and pre-hung doors fitted, hinges and strike plates reset.

Sticking door repair

Planed, shimmed or rehung so it clears the frame and latches cleanly.

Deadbolts and smart locks

Fitted and aligned, keypads and apps set up before we leave.

Storm and screen doors

New doors hung, closers adjusted, sweeps and seals replaced.

Sliding door rollers and tracks

Rollers renewed and tracks cleaned or replaced so the door glides.

Window screen repair and replacement

Mesh, spline and frames repaired or made to size.

Plumbing Fixtures

Fixture-level work. We swap and repair what is already there; new pipe runs go to a licensed plumber and we will say so on the call.

Faucets and sinks

Kitchen and bathroom taps, mixers and sink units removed and replaced.

Toilets

Fill valves, flappers, seats and wax rings, or a full pan and cistern swap.

Garbage disposals

Units fitted, unjammed or taken out.

Shower and tub trim

Valve trims, heads, arms and diverters replaced and sealed.

Vanities, mirrors, medicine cabinets

Removed and refitted level, with plumbing reconnected.

Electrical & Smart Home

Like-for-like replacement and device setup on existing circuits, tested before we pack up.

Outlets, switches, dimmers, GFCI

Replaced, upgraded and faceplates finished flush.

Light fixtures and ceiling fans

Pendants, flush mounts, vanity bars and fans fitted to braced boxes and balanced.

Smart thermostats, doorbells, cameras

Mounted, wired to existing supply and paired to your app.

Troubleshooting

Dead outlets, tripping breakers and flickering circuits traced.

Assembly, Mounting & Installation

Anything that has to go up straight and stay there. We find the studs, use the right fixing for the substrate, and take the packaging away.

Furniture and fitness equipment assembly

Flat-pack storage, beds, desks, racks and machines built to spec.

TV mounting and cable management

Fixed, tilting and full-motion brackets on stud, brick or masonry, cables concealed where possible.

Picture and mirror hanging

Heavy mirrors and framed pieces hung level with load-rated fixings.

Curtain rods and blinds

Poles, tracks, blinds and shades measured, cut to fit and hung.

Shelving

Floating shelves, brackets and full wall systems, levelled and load-rated.

Childproofing and furniture anchoring

Gates, cabinet latches and anti-tip straps fitted.

Upgrades inside the two rooms that get the hardest use.

Cabinet hardware and soft-close

Handles, knobs, hinges and soft-close runners fitted and aligned.

Countertop removal and sink cutouts

Old tops taken out and cutouts made for a new sink or hob.

Grab bars and aging-in-place modifications

Rails, seats and thresholds fixed into solid backing, not plasterboard.

Gutters, Vents & Exterior

Outside work at ladder height and below, booked in dry weather where the job needs it.

Gutter cleaning

Gutters and downpipes cleared by hand, joints checked and flow tested.

Dryer vent cleaning

Ducting cleared end to end and airflow checked at the outlet.

Bath and kitchen exhaust vents

Fans replaced, ducts reconnected and vented properly outside.

Siding, soffit, and fascia repair

Damaged sections replaced and made weathertight.

Exterior caulking and painting

Trim, siding joints and window surrounds resealed and repainted.

Mailboxes, house numbers, mounts

Posts reset, boxes replaced, numbers and fixtures fitted.

Work with a deadline attached — a sale, a closing date or an inspection report.

We work straight from the report and sign items off one by one.
