We are a small crew and we hire slowly. What matters most is that you can walk into a stranger's house, explain what you are about to do, do it neatly, and clean up after yourself.
The core of the crew. You take a list of jobs across a handful of houses each day, work through them cleanly, and call in when something needs a specialist.
You ride with a technician, carry the load, and learn the range of work rather than a single trade. We put you on your own list when you are ready, not on a schedule.
You answer the phone during opening hours, take the list, and build the day so that arrival windows hold. The job is mostly judgement about how long things take.
